History of TRID
The founder of the company, Alexander Yuryevich Shmelev, began his journey in 2010 with the opening of a building materials store. His experience in purchasing and renovation management gave him a deeper understanding of the construction and design industry. In 2014, he switched to turnkey renovation of apartments and offices, which allowed him to reach new volumes in multi-story construction and city improvement. The main principles of work were quality and meeting deadlines.
In 2018, the construction company “AlfaSpetsStroy” was founded, which worked on repair and finishing, roofing, facade, masonry work, industrial climbing and installation of metal structures. Among the customers were large contractors and government organizations, such as VDSK, YIT, Ramensky Instrument-Making Plant. Experience in project management with more than 200 specialists allowed us to take the business to a new level.
Since 2021, the company has focused on the premium segment, implementing more than 250 projects of apartments, houses and office space. In 2024, TRID entered a new stage of development, combining expertise in renovation, design and furniture creation into a single concept. TRID symbolizes the synergy of three directions, providing clients with an integrated approach to creating interiors.
